I. Introduction We the student of STI-college Taft, Taking the track of tourism operations were task to promote the Theme Café in th city. We decided that the café would be the Frappe republic and snow boom. Enable as to promote such café we should have a personal visit, that is why we research about the place and later on we went to the café to experience being there.

II. Realizations  As a group we decided to rate ourselves 8 points for our performance, because all of us know that we struggle a lot but still we give our best. Not that perfect but pretty good.  In the process of our research weve encountered a lot of difficulties, one of it was the pressure we felt and being shy in the front of them like while interviewing café’s owners, staff and costumers. Also the prensentationof cafes we do in our school.  We overcome those difficulties by trusting each other specially ourselves. That we can make it.  Weve learned that no matter how hard the situation is we still can make it. We can cope such struggles if we cooperate with each other. Engaged with good leadership and well managed of time.  In relevant of this we realized that we should really trust ourselves. So that in the future we can use the lessons we get in every experiences. We should act as one indeed give we should importance to teamwork.
